Waivers
We are approved by the state of Florida to accept the following
Medicaid Waivers: Project AIDS Care, Long Term Care
Diversion, MR/DD, Alliance for Aging. Please contact
your support coordinator for more information on receiving our
services.
Long Term Care
Insurance
We accept the many long term care insurance policies
like John Hancock, Conseco, AF & L and Washington
National and Kanawha. Call to verify if we accept your long
term care insurance.
Personal Checks and Postal Money
Orders
We accept personal checks or postal money orders as payment
for service. If you do choose to pay by check, you can send
payment to the address below. Please be sure to write the
client's name and telephone number on the check or money order so we
may properly credit your account.
